Our recruitment process

  1. We ask all applicants to provide us with a comprehensive copy of their CV
  2. An initial interview would be arranged to discuss career objectives and aspirations moving forward
  3. Role profiles will be provided for suitable vacancies within our client companies
  4. Once we have confirmed that you are happy to have your details submitted for a specific role we will forward your CV which has been formatted into our house style
  5. If your application is successful we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with our client
  6. We'll give a copy of our CV in our house style, interview tips, confirmation letter and details regarding the client company
  7. A meeting will then be arranged between you and your consultant to discuss the interview and content in more detail
  8. Once you have undertaken your interview you will be provided with feedback as soon as this is available
  9. Should you be required for an additional interview, this will be arranged and you will be supported through the process
  10. It is standard practice for most of our clients to interview at least twice. However, on occasion, there maybe the requirement for more than two interviews
  11. Should you be offered a position your consultant will undertake any negotiation for you and ensure that you receive as competitive a package as possible
  12. Contracts will then be issued by the client, references established and a mutually convenient start date will be arranged
  13. Your consultant will be your key point of contact through this complete process
