Training & Development

Continued professional development is a philosophy which is actively encouraged within Core-Asset Consulting. We believe that in order to be successful, we must work to the highest standards of professionalism and adopt values and beliefs which allow us to attain the highest levels of performance whilst maintaining honesty, integrity and professionalism in all of our business activities.

Employees can complete a selection of company training through various formats. Minimum requirements include support towards the foundation course “the Certificate of Recruitment Practice” which is provided by our industry body the REC; this provides accreditation to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (we provide support with all associated costs including training packs and examinations). Additional training can include but is not limited to;

  1. Initial induction upon joining the company
  2. On the job training via a nominated business mentor
  3. 12 Month "Consultant Development Plan" with structued reviews on a quarterly basis  
  4. REC training courses to provide skills in key business skills such as interviewing skills, time management and effective communication
  5. Support towards additional professional REC qualifications including the Diploma in Recrutiment Practice
  6. Ad hoc business related training and discussion groups
