Employees can complete a selection of company training through various formats. Minimum requirements include support towards the foundation course “the Certificate of Recruitment Practice” which is provided by our industry body the REC; this provides accreditation to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (we provide support with all associated costs including training packs and examinations).
