Terms of Use

1. You are responsible for keeping the personal information in your referrer profile correct and up to date

2. If your details change it is your responsibility to update your profile as soon as reasonably possible

3. You can refer up to a maximum of five persons for each position advertised

4. By referring a candidate you confirm that you have obtained the consent of the individual to do so

5. If an individual whom you refer wishes to apply to a position, but does not wish the referrer to receive a reward they are free to apply directly via the Core-Asset web site

6. If more than one person refers a candidate for the same position, the candidate can choose which referrer should receive any subsequent reward

7. For the avoidance of doubt, no reward will be due if the link from your referral is not electronically followed and they do not register their interest accordingly

8. A successful referral is when an individual referred for a position is;

(a) hired by the client company who we are recruiting for

(b) for the specific vacancy they were referred for

(c) and where they remained employed by the client company in the advertised position for a period of 12 weeks

(d) this program applies to permanent vacancies only

9. The referrer reward is £200 receivable after the initial 12 week period

10. Payment of the reward will be by cheque to the original referrer only

11. We will ensure that we make every effort to track the progress of any referrals; communications regarding referrals, rewards and payments are electronically logged.

12. We shall not be responsible for any electronically failures which are not recorded on our database

13. We recommend that you maintain contact with your referral at all times

14. Any outstanding rewards must be claimed within a period of 6 months of the successful appointment or the right to payment will terminate

15. You are responsible for paying any tax which becomes due by you as a result of any payments

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the referral section of our web site. By agreeing to these terms you are bound by their requirements. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you are not permitted to benefit from the referrer reward program. We recommend that you print or store a copy of the Terms and Conditions for future reference.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such change will be effective once reflected in the text of the Terms and Conditions and published on this web page. You should check the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of and complying with the current version as they are binding on you.
